Grip Socks are required. No stress if you don't own them we sell them. Please be dressed in comfortable fitness apparel. 

We recommend you bring a hand towel and water.

All classes are suitable for everyone. If you need modifications please consult with your instructor. We also offer 30 and 50 minnute private training sessions. 

 If it is your first class, you must arrive 15 minutes early. 

 If it is your first class, please arrive ten minutes early. If you are a client and you do come after the class has begun you could potentially lose your spot in that class.

All classes are subject to a 12-hr. cancellation policy. If you need to cancel a class within the 12 hours window you will be charged for the class as well as a $20 late cancellation fee.

If you would like to cancel your membership a written notice of 30 days prior to your billing cycle is required. 

We can freeze memberships up to two times a year for two weeks or longer for a surcharge of $20.00

Unfortunately, packages and memberships cannot be shared.
